These terms govern your use of arkassured.com and any order you place on it. The site is operated by ARK PLYWOOD HUB (trading as ARK Assured), Plot No.1, H.No. 10-560, Satyanarayana colony, Main Road, Medchal Malkajgir, Telangana 500083, India, GSTIN 36BFUPS7233H1ZS. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Products and specifications
We supply plywood, hardware and allied building materials. Product images are indicative; natural materials vary in grain, shade and finish between batches. Dimensions and grades are as stated on the product page. We may correct listing errors, and we may withdraw or change a product without notice.
Pricing and taxes
Prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Quantity-based pricing tiers, where shown, apply automatically at checkout. Delivery charges, if any, are displayed before you pay. If a price is listed incorrectly we will contact you before processing the order and you may cancel it without charge.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it; until then we may decline or cancel it, for example if stock is unavailable, the delivery address is outside our serviceable area, or the payment cannot be verified. To claim input tax credit, enter a valid GSTIN and business name at checkout — we cannot add these to an invoice after the order is placed.
Payments
We accept UPI, cards and net banking through our payment gateway partner, as well as NEFT bank transfer and Cash on Delivery where offered. Card and bank credentials are handled by the gateway and are never stored on our servers. An order is treated as paid only after we receive confirmation from the gateway or our bank; a debit alone is not confirmation. Cash on Delivery orders must be paid in full at delivery.
Delivery
Delivery estimates shown at checkout are good-faith estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by weather, transport or site access. Someone must be available at the address to receive and check the material. Please inspect goods at delivery and record any visible damage or shortage before signing, as this significantly helps your claim. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Cancellations, returns and refunds

Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details on your account and for keeping access to your registered mobile number and email secure. Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to place fraudulent orders.
Liability
We are responsible for supplying goods that match their description. We are not liable for losses arising from incorrect installation, unsuitable storage, or use of material for a purpose it was not specified for. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
