Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order from Profile → Orders while it is still within the cancellation window shown on the order, which is before the order is dispatched. Once a shipment has left our warehouse it can no longer be cancelled — please refuse delivery or raise a return instead.

Returns

Raise a return request within 7 days of delivery from Profile → Orders → Return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.

Because we supply building materials, the following cannot be returned once delivered: material cut, sized or laminated to your specification; opened adhesives, paints, chemicals or other consumables; and items damaged by incorrect storage or handling after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, short-shipped or is not what you ordered, report it within 48 hours of delivery with photographs so we can arrange a replacement or a full refund including delivery charges.

Refund timelines

Once a cancellation or return is approved, we initiate the refund within 2 working days. The time for the money to reach you depends on your payment method:

• Online payment (UPI, cards, net banking): refunded to the original payment method, typically credited within 5–7 working days of initiation.
• NEFT / bank transfer: refunded to the account the payment came from, within 5–7 working days.
• Cash on Delivery: refunded by bank transfer to an account you nominate, within 5–7 working days of us receiving the details.

Failed or abandoned payments where no order was created are auto-reversed by your bank or the payment gateway, usually within 5–7 working days, with no action needed from you.

Deductions

Refunds are issued for the price of the returned goods. Delivery charges are refunded only when the return is due to our error — damaged, defective, short or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, the original delivery charge and any return pickup cost may be deducted.
